Local companies and individuals in Ohio founded the British-American Chamber of Commerce, Ohio Region, (BACC Ohio) in May 1994. At present we have over 100 individuals with a ratio of 82% corporate/business memberships and 18% individual memberships. All types of industries are represented from service providers to manufactures to high-tech.

Since our founding, we have successfully completed various trade and business seminars, including those relating to ISO 9000, Exporting to Europe, Bilateral Trade Relationships, etc. Assistance has also been provided to various companies throughout Ohio in the areas of:

BACC Ohio is also a member of the British-American Business Council (BABC) which is the largest transatlantic business organization, consisting of more than 30 chapters and some 4,000 companies in major cities throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

The key objectives of both the BABC and the BACC Ohio are :

» To provide business development and business intelligence services to its member    companies
» To provide its member companies with access to a broader, transatlantic business    network.
